The Service
“Design My Room” is a custom digital room design service delivered by Mina Lisanin / ML Interiors NYC LLC for a one-time fee (currently starting at $399).
Delivery & Revisions
Deliverables and the number of included revisions will be described at the time of purchase or in your project’s onboarding materials. Additional revisions beyond what’s included may be offered for an additional fee.
Refunds
Because this is a custom digital service, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or at our sole discretion. If you’re unhappy with your deliverable, contact us — we’ll work with you on revisions before any refund is considered.
Portfolio & Sample Work Disclaimer
Portfolio images shown on this site may include AI-generated visualizations created to represent design style and capability, and are not photographs of actual completed client projects unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
Once paid in full, you receive a license to use your custom design deliverables for personal use in your own home. We retain ownership of our underlying design templates and methodology, and may showcase anonymized or generalized versions of the work in our portfolio.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We provide design recommendations only; we do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not responsible for third-party retailers’ pricing, availability, or product quality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
